Instructions:
- Enter your Name in the appropriate fields.
- Do not enter or use accented letters, apostrophes, or spaces.
- Add the total number of blocks for a particular cycle day before filling in fields for that day.
- Enter your class, meeting, and duty details in the blocks each day as you want them to appear in your calendar.
- Locations are optional but are always helpful to have.
- Calendar events for blocks where details were entered will appear as Busy.
- Enter only the letter of the block if you want to create events for that block.
- These events will appear as Free.
- Click Convert once you have entered all the information you want to convert to Calendar Events and watch the magic happen.
- The converter will download a file with a ".ics" extension. This file needs to be imported into your calendar. Files with the .ics extension are supported by most calendar programs such as Google, Apple, Outlook, etc. The converter does not automatically import into your school calendar.
